21 Ways and 21 Days to the Life You WantTake a 21 Day journey with me to kickstart the life you want for yourself.  It is so hard on your own to make changes.  But with the help of an experienced coach to support and guide you, with a framework and tools to create the right foundations, it’s so much easier.

This is based on my book of the same name and has the added value of my partnership with you to mentor and empower you to begin this life-changing journey.

How it works:

You will receive a copy of the book and have the following sessions with me:

  • Day 1 will be a 3-hour session
  • On or about Day 8 and 15 a 2-hour session
  • On or about Day 21, a 1-hour session
  • A final 1-hour session about six weeks later to check-in, fine-tune and keep that all-important momentum.

This person-centered coaching program can be delivered face to face or online.
